John Denver is a popular artist and musician who has touched many people by his lyrics. Many of these have roots in Colorado. Denver has been the symbol of Colorado to the many people across the globe. On my trips I've had the pleasure of meeting people from New Zealand or the other side. Take Me Home Country Roads was Denver's first Top 10 Hit as a Solo Artist following his time in small Folk Music Groups. The track was written in collaboration with Bill Danoff.
